1. How do I register with ImageExpres™?
You will need to be set up as an authorized user of ImageExpres™ by an ImageExpres™ account manager.
Contact us at info@imageexpres.com and request a call from an account manager or fill out a registration form
to begin the process.
2. Is ImageExpres™ HIPAA and FDA compliant?

3. Is ImageExpres™ secure?
ImageExpres™ utilizes secure “HTTPS” transmission. HTTPS provides an extra layer (SSL) of encryption and authentication during transmission. During the upload process the files are compressed then partitioned into byte sized pieces, encrypted and then transmitted. The compressed, encrypted pieces are stored on our secure servers until after download. The assembled file itself is not on our servers. During the download process the file pieces are reassembled, unencrypted and then uncompressed and validated to confirm that the entire upload is in every way identical to the entire download. ImageExpres ™ also totally complies with HIPPA security standards.
4. How much does it cost to use ImageExpres™?
Receiving files is always free! Sending files is only pennies per Megabyte. This fee is the same whether you are sending a file across the street or across the globe. Compared to typical courier fees, this can be a substantial cost-savings.
5. How can I install the software?
It is a very simple download from the ImageExpres™ website. If you have access to install programs on your computer, you can install the software yourself. The application will check to make sure you have the prerequisite software (the correct Microsoft .NET environment). If you do not, it will install that first, and then install the ImageExpres™ application. The .NET package will not interfere with anything on your computer. In most cases it is just an update to your present .NET environment. It will not overwrite what is on your computer, it will just add to your computer's resources. 6. What kind of internet connection do I need?
ImageExpres™ will work with any internet connection, however, since you will most likely be sending large files, the faster your connection speed the faster your files will transfer. With a high-speed internet connection a 50 megabyte files can be uploaded in under 5 minutes and downloaded even faster any where in the world.
7. Can I use this application with a MAC computer?
Not at this time. The application will install and run on any windows based PC.
8. What kind of files can I send with ImageExpres™?
You can send any files or folders that you have on your computer, regardless of the file type. This includes alpha and numeric text, images, graphics, and movie files. The list is endless, if it is a digital file you can send it with ImageExpres™.

10. Can I send files to anyone?
You will be able to send files to the parties set up for you by the ImageExpres ™ account manager.

13. What if I get a .NET Runtime Error while installing or uninstalling ImageExpres?
Frequent installs and uninstalls of ImageExpres can expose a bug in the Microsot .NET framework. Please click here for instructions on how to fix this issue.
