Patient data is not entered into ImageExpres™. ImageExpres™ is an electronic transfer application. A file or folder is uploaded by the sending site authorized user and transmitted to the receiving site. The ImageExpres™ application only allows the transfers of files/folders to the specific receiving site that was created by the authorized system administrator for ImageExpres™ .

Only authorized users at the sending and receiving sites will have access to the ImageExpres™ application. Authorized users will be able to download the files/folders sent by an associated sending site. A sending site will only have access its own files.

The sending and receiving site are required to maintain the files/folders that were transferred on ImageExpres™ . ImageExpres™ is not an archive or storage application.

ImageExpres™ is password protected. Authorized users should only work under their own passwords and should not share these with others.
|

|
Authorized users should follow good security practice and choose a password that is different from passwords used to access other systems. ImageExpres TM will encrypt all passwords, so that the password will remain secure. Only the authorized user will know the password.

Passwords should be changed at established intervals.
|
|
|
Controls are in place to ensure that the system's date and time are correct., based on EST.

The ability to change the date or time is limited to authorized ImageExpres™ personnel and such personnel should be notified if a system date or time discrepancy is detected. Changes to date or time should be documented
|

|
Dates and times are based on Eastern Standard Time (EST) and should include the year, month, day, hour, and minute. Clinical study computerized systems will likely be used in multi-center trials, perhaps located in different time zones. Calculation of the time stamp will be derived in such cases from the ImageExpres™ remote server which will be located in the EST time zone.
